FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

All items are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 24).

INTERNATIONAL

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (where available).

What is your exchange/returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in contact and let us know. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit. Any returns postage is at the customer’s expense and we would encourage the use of signed for services.

Please note: as we supply from a wide range of manufacturers the fitting guidelines will differ. If you wish to exchange your item due to a sizing issue we will look to supply a suitable alternative where possible.

To be eligible for an exchange/credit your item must be returned unworn/unused in the condition which it was received with labels attached and proof of purchase.

Returns will be inspected upon receipt and if satisfactory the exchange/credit will be actioned. Credits will be processed to the value of the shirt only - postage costs will not be returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping of a replacement item unless faulty.

Special order items e.g. children’s/women’s cannot be returned as they are non-standard stock items and have been sourced specifically per order.

How does the special requests box work?

The special requests box that pops up when adding your item to your cart is your opportunity to state what you do not want, not what you do.

Every attempt will be made (subject to stock and availability) to accommodate special requests but there is no guarantee.

By completing your purchase you accept that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed to.

Are your poly mailers recyclable?

The poly mailers we use are made with 100% polyethylene material and are identified by recycling code 4, the symbol is printed on the bags.

Recycling code #4 is often not accepted at curbside recycling programs. However, some local communities do accept it — as it is considered a safe form of plastic.

However, if an unlabelled bag is placed in a recycling bin, it is usually discarded as the recycling program has no way of identifying the material.

A recycling code is not an automatic indicator that a material is recyclable but rather an explanation of what the item is.
